I finally got into the bios and disable fast startup, updated to the new no logo bios, but board will not post above certian speeds at all, if i try to change anything in the bios it will lock up biotsar not allow me to change it back. The time now is I can’t find any references to these in the motherboard manual, u686 after looking over the motherboard itself, I still can’t find them.

v If you look close thru the manual it often refers to the m7ncd I have the same mobo, getting ready to buy a chip for it.
