I’m more inclined to think that the multiple instances or “footprints” of the iiyama device on the system was causing issue. They claim the initial batches of these monitors had a faulty electrical component which allowed interference to affect the touch sensors I believe it is a touch screen issue, I have tried no drivers, new drivers, old drivers and swapping screens. You can help protect yourself from scammers by verifying that the contact is a Microsoft Agent or Microsoft Employee and that the phone number is an official Microsoft global customer service number. If you need more explanation on what I mean post back – I know its a little sketchy atm. Tech support scams are an industry-wide issue where scammers attempt to trick you into paying for unnecessary technical support services. In reply to Gilbert van Haasen’s post on August 20, I explained the issue to the agent and notified him that the “sleeping touch” appears to be a common fault with this monitor.

I also noticed that Windows 7 needs Tablet PC Components enabled to use the multi-touch iiama that the iiyama monitor in question supports. Check that you have the latest USB drivers for the port the screen is connected to and that the USB touch input device is not set to be powered off to save power.
In reply to Grant Dickeson’s post on August 2, Certain Windows updates, installed programs. So, I received 8 new monitors and the original monitors iiyzma returned to be scrapped apparently they can’t be repaired as the screen is glued together.

I have recently t2250 the bullet and purchased 13 iiyama TF Projected Capacitive touch monitors. On PC’s where I still have it disabled, the touch is only single and very crude – almost jittery.

I have the same question I have the Iiyama touch screen and it worked fine in the beginning but now it doesn’t work anymore in Windows 7. I will post the results.
